Short version
- The words and numbers you enter stay in this browser. We do not upload them.
- Your full work is saved only when you turn on Save on this device.
- A backup is a file saved on your device. Be careful when you share it.
- Vercel, Google Analytics, and advertising companies may collect basic visit, device, and ad information. They do not receive the work you type into a tool.
Tool inputs stay in your browser
Raffle entries, team and pair lists, schedules, copied PDF text, calculator values, meeting rates, and time-card entries stay in your browser while the tool does its work. Zero Friction Web Tools does not upload them or keep a copy on the computers that deliver this site.
Optional saves on your device
Some small choices, such as display settings, may be remembered automatically. Your full work is saved only after you turn on Save on this device for that tool. The copy stays in this browser and is not sent to an account or uploaded by Zero Friction Web Tools. Someone using the same browser profile—the browser space used by one person—may be able to open it. Use Delete saved copy in the tool, or clear this site's browser data, to remove it.
Backup files
Download backup file saves the tool's current work in a file on your device. Load backup file opens a matching file in your browser. The file is not uploaded to Zero Friction Web Tools. It can contain names, text, rates, or other values you entered, so store and share it with care.
Basic site delivery
The company that sends this website to your device may record basic visit information, such as your IP address (a number used to send the site to your device), browser type, page opened, time, and security logs. Zero Friction Web Tools does not combine that information with what you enter into a tool.
Website analytics
We use Vercel Web Analytics and Google Analytics to learn which pages people use and whether the site works well. They may collect the page you open, visit time, how you reached the site, your general area, browser and device type, and actions such as page views. Vercel Web Analytics records anonymized visit data without using cookies. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar identifiers.
We do not send either analytics service the names, lists, numbers, copied text, calculator values, rates, schedules, results, or other information you enter into a tool. Learn more about privacy in Vercel Web Analytics and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
To measure whether a tool is useful, we may record these action names: tool_started, tool_completed, result_copied, download_clicked, and share_clicked. The only custom field we attach is the tool's stable ID, such as percentage-calculator. Both services can also receive the basic visit and device information described above. Tool inputs and results are excluded.
Google AdSense
This site uses Google AdSense to show and measure ads. Google and its advertising partners may use cookies. A cookie is a small file saved by a website. Cookies may help choose ads based on visits to this site or other sites.
Visitors can manage personalized advertising through Google Ads Settings. Additional choices may be available through YourAdChoices. Learn more about how Google uses information for advertising.
Ad privacy choices
In some places, Google shows a privacy choices box. Use it to choose what advertising data you allow.
Changes to this policy
